Welcome to the Doll's Atelier~! This is my shrine to dress-up games and pixel dolls. From a very young age, I loved games where you could dress your avatar. From click-and-drag pixel dollz to "girly" games with dressing rooms and fashion shows, I could spend hours creating pretend outfits.

My first exposure to this concept was probably makeover games for girls on the PC, in the 90s/early 2000s...but as I got older and discovered the internet, I quickly moved on to browser games like GaiaOnline, PoupeeGirl, etc. Now some of these games no longer exist, or just aren't the same as they were back in the day, and I find myself wishing I could see the outfits I put so much time into creating. So I made this shrine as a sort of virtual outfit "diary"--a record of what sort of fashions I liked at the time, that I can look back on at a later date. This is more for me than anyone else, but if someone else out there enjoys this sort of thing as much as I do, then I'll be really happy!
